If you are interested in presenting a poster and possibly being selected for a short talk, please submit your abstract by uploading the file directly on the registration page.

• Abstract preparation and format

Please submit a title of no more than 20 words, and keep your abstract to no more than 300 words. In addition, please also submit affiliations of all authors, according to the following format:

• If your contribution has been accepted

You will be notified 2 weeks prior. Your poster would have to meet the following requirements: size A0 : 119 × 84 cm (height x width), vertical. Your poster should not be sent out before the symposium. Simply bring it along on the first day of the symposium, where it can be put up before the welcome address.
